I rented from Hertz in April and it was a great experience! Booking online was a simple process, the staff at the counter at Mobay airport and Kingston airport (when I returned it) were very friendly and helpful. Even when the tire pressure got really low at one point (happens at times in Jamaica, very common) they were very accommodating in getting me a new car immediately and even brought it to where I was staying. I would absolutely rent from them again when I return to Jamaica.
