How can you request a refund?

We will never charge you for an unused rental day or service. If you have questions or concerns about your final rental invoice and/or the amount you were charged, please email reservations@hertzja.com with the specifics and we will work towards a speedy resolution and refund wherever appropriate.

No show fees may apply IF you have made an advance deposit on your reservation to secure a lower rate AND later opt not to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time and date, BUT we will always offer you the alternative of applying that deposit towards a future booking within the next 90 days.
